CONECTUM is made up of a multidisciplinary group of partners and officers specialized in risk, insurance and reinsurance, who offer their clients the knowledge, experience and contacts necessary for the planning and management of their projects.
JULIÁN efrÉn ossa GÓMEZ
Business Administrator from Universidad del Rosario (Bogotá, Colombia), with additional courses in Insurance and Reinsurance at the Chartered Insurance Institute (London), Senior Management (INALDE, Colombia) and Integral Course on National Defense (CIDENAL, Colombia).
He has held important positions in the insurance and reinsurance industry in Latin America: Manager of Hamburger Rück for Latin America (from Panama), Executive Vice President of Compañía Agrícola de Seguros (insurer, in Colombia), President and CEO of Seguros Tequendama (insurer, in Colombia), President and CEO of Aseguradora Grancolombiana (Colombia), Partner and CEO of Alexander Howden Ossa (reinsurance broker, in Colombia), President and CEO of Aon Re Colombia (reinsurance broker, now Aon Benfield) and Co-President of Aon Re Latinamerica (reinsurance broker, from Miami).
Together with other partners in the insurance industry, he founded CONECTUM - Consulting and Project Management Services, where he has served since then as Senior Consultant, with the exception of the period 2011 - 2014 when he was appointed by the Government of Colombia as Minister Plenipotentiary of the Embassy of Colombia in Madrid, Spain.
He was elected in 1988 as Executive of the Year by the Junior Chamber of Colombia, and was awarded the Reinsurance Merit Award by the Colombian Reinsurance Association (ACTER) as well as the Order of Calatrava in Knight Degree by the University of Rosario (Colombia).
He has been a member of several Boards of Directors such as FASECOLDA (Colombian Insurers Association), Reaseguradora Hemisférica, Corporación Financiera Internacional, Wall Street English and YPO Organization.
LUCIANO ANDRÉS
OSSA GOMÉZ
Business Administrator from Universidad Externado de Colombia 1990, with an additional course in Insurance and Reinsurance at the Chartered Insurance Institute of London CII 1991, Mercantile & General Re today Swiss Re. He also has a Diploma in National Planning at the Escuela Superior de Guerra (ESDEGUE) 2005; and a Diploma in Professional Negotiation at the Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración (CESA) 2009 and an Integral Course of National Defense Cidenal, 2005 Escuela Superior de Guerra Bogotá.
He has held several important positions in the insurance sector such as: General Manager of Allianz Business Center 2007- 2012; director at Willis Towers Watson Insurance Consulting & Technology ICT 2015-2022; vice president of Cardif BNP Paribas Grupo Empresarial Antioqueño GEA 2013_2014; vice president at Marsh - J&H Johnson & Higgins; Commercial Manager of Heath de Colombia FAC - Treaties (today Carpenter Marsh FAC) for 17 years. Likewise, he was Director of Facultative Reinsurance Business at Aseguradora Grancolombiana 1993 and Commercial Manager at Seguros Colmena S.A. 1989 He is a member of the Board of Directors of Wall Street English 2001 to date and Suprapack 2016 to date.
In company of other partners, he founded CONECTUM - Consulting and Project Management 2007, where he has worked as Senior Consultant and where he is currently the Senior Consultant Manager and partner.
FELIPE CARRIZOSA RESTREPO
Economist from the Universidad de Los Andes, MBA from the Instituto de Alta Dirección Empresarial, INALDE, and postgraduate degree in Economic Development from the University of Paris I. He began his career in the insurance sector as Director of Economic Studies at FASECOLDA; subsequently he served as Vice President of Planning at Aseguradora Grancolombiana, Life and Health Manager at Liberty Seguros and Vice President of Life Insurance at Royal & Sunalliance. He has been a consultant specialized in the insurance sector since 2004 and has been linked to CONECTUM since 2011, where he holds the position of Senior Consultant.
Felipe has led consulting projects to support the incorporation of new insurers, the opening of new lines of business, the acquisition or merger of insurers, the study of insurance markets and, in general, feasibility analyses related to the evaluation of specific projects in the insurance sector or the identification and evaluation of strategic options and business development opportunities in the insurance sector.

Santiago Jaramillo Villamizar
Legal Consultant
Former Vice President of Corporate Banking and Treasury of Lloyds TSB Bank, with responsibility for the activities of the subsidiary trust company Lloyds Trust S. A. For ten years President of the same trust company. He has been general secretary of Banco Anglo Colombiano and legal advisor to its Board of Directors. At Universidad del Rosario he served as general secretary, leading processes of change in the contracting and regulation of the institution.
As a teacher, he has been a professor of securities and banking contracts. He has been invited as a speaker on financial topics in national and international seminars.
He is a member of several boards of directors. He has developed academic studies to be discussed with control and surveillance authorities of the financial sector.
Christian Mora Aponte
Integrated Risk Management Consultant
Delegate for SFC Insurance until October 2022 joined the SFC in 2017 in the position of Director of Insurance Two, he was part of the Global Financial Partnership Center Fellowship program held in Tokyo, Japan, in collaboration with the Japanese Supervisory Agency (FSA), in which best practices in insurance industry supervision are exchanged among participating jurisdictions.
He advanced his studies in Actuarial Science at Georgia State University (Atlanta, USA) as a Fullbright scholar, during which time he also chose electives in trading and investment banking, which contributed to consolidate his technical and managerial profile. In the private sector he worked as Director of Annuities and Pension Insurance at Seguros de Vida ALFA S.A., Director of the Technical Chamber of Social Security of the Federation of Colombian Insurers (Fasecolda) and Consultant at McKinsey & Company.
Christian holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Industrial de Santander with a Master's Degree in Finance from Universidad Externado de Colombia and a Master's Degree in Actuarial Science from Georgia State University.
